My name is Fadoua Sahraou, founder of Questhics, specializing in data-related issues with a strong focus on data ethics. My extensive experience within large government organizations and the corporate sector has equipped me well to tackle a wide range of data challenges. My expertise primarily lies in the ethical aspects of data usage, allowing me to provide a targeted approach to data issues, integrating various perspectives to offer well-thought-out, ethically responsible solutions.

During these sessions, I facilitated discussions that went beyond regular compliance. We mapped out the ethical implications of using this sensitive data and sought solutions that not only complied with regulations but also considered the privacy and values of the individuals involved. By integrating different perspectives, I helped the organization develop an ethically responsible approach that was not only legally sound but also socially acceptable.

Experience

A concrete example of my experience is my involvement in a project for a large and complex organization. They aimed to establish a process to monitor the level of legal compliance of the individuals involved. This process involved various data processing activities and the use of sensitive personal data. Instead of merely meeting the legal requirements, I organized workshops where we also reflected on the societal impact of the process. These workshops included not only legal experts, but also ethicists, managers, subject matter experts, operational staff, and technical specialists.

The result was an ethical framework that not only complied with the law but also strengthened the trust of the individuals involved.
