My name is Fadoua Sahraou, founder of Questhics, specializing in data issues, with a strong focus on data ethics. My extensive experience within large government organizations and the business community makes me well equipped to tackle a wide range of data-related challenges. My expertise lies primarily in the ethical aspects of data use. This enables me to offer a targeted approach to data issues, integrating various perspectives to provide well-considered, ethically responsible solutions.

During these sessions, I facilitated discussions that went beyond regular compliance. We mapped out the ethical implications of using this sensitive data and sought solutions that not only complied with the rules, but also took into account the privacy and values of those involved. By integrating different perspectives, I helped the organization develop an ethically responsible approach that was not only legally watertight, but also socially acceptable.

Experience:

A concrete example of my experience is my involvement in a project undertaken by a large and complex organization. They wanted to set up a process with the aim of monitoring the degree of legal compliance of those involved. This process involved various data processing operations and also used sensitive personal data. Instead of merely complying with legal requirements, I organized workshops that also reflected on the social impact of this process. These workshops involved not only legal experts, but also ethicists, managers, subject matter experts, implementation staff, and technical experts.

The result was an ethical framework that not only complied with the law, but also strengthened the trust of those involved.
